By accessing services, booking shipments, tendering freight, accepting dispatch, or communicating with LISLE CARGO INC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

LISLE CARGO INC provides freight transportation, logistics coordination, and related services, including but not limited to:

• Freight brokerage
• Shipment coordination
• Carrier dispatch services
• Load tracking
• Logistics support

Services are subject to availability and written rate confirmations where applicable.

All carriers engaged by LISLE CARGO INC must:

• Maintain active operating authority (FMCSA, if applicable)
• Maintain required cargo and liability insurance
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Operate safely and lawfully

Carriers are independent contractors and are not employees of LISLE CARGO INC.

• Rates are confirmed in writing via rate confirmation or service agreement.
• Payment terms will be specified in the rate confirmation or invoice.
• Detention, layover, TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used), accessorial, or additional fees must be documented and approved.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Shippers are responsible for:

• Accurate load descriptions
• Proper packaging and labeling
• Compliance with hazardous materials regulations (if applicable)
• Accurate weight and commodity disclosure

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

• Cargo claims must be submitted in writing within the timeframe required by applicable federal law.
• Liability is subject to the terms of the applicable rate confirmation and governing transportation laws.
• LISLE CARGO INC’s liability, when acting as a broker, is limited to arranging transportation and does not assume carrier liability.

LISLE CARGO INC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Labor disputes
• Road closures
• Mechanical failures

By providing your phone number to LISLE CARGO INC, you consent to receive service-related communications including:

• Dispatch notifications
• Load confirmations
• Appointment updates
• Delivery status updates
• Billing alerts

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information for marketing purposes.

You consent to receive communications electronically, including:

• Rate confirmations
• Invoices
• Load tenders
• Contracts
• Compliance documents

Electronic signatures and confirmations are legally binding.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LISLE CARGO INC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Regulatory violations
• Improper freight documentation
• Negligence or misconduct

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved:
